Project 365 - Day 6 and 7

Day 6

 My friend Martha is an inspiration to me when it comes to homeschooling. She always has amazingly creative ideas and does them! On Friday she invited all the kids outside to do an activity together to give them an idea of the size of the planets. Here I caught Megan and her friends determining, "If this globe is the size of earth, which planet is the size of a softball? Of a 6th grade boy?" and so on.

Day 7

Scout and I usually take a late night walk (and by late night I mean about 7 or 8 pm - we go to bed early in our house!). I'm glad I brought my camera last night because I got several fun shots of the food vendors near the subway.
