For those of you who know my brother, does anyone agree with me that he looks a lot like Joaquin Phoenix? I saw Ladder 49 last week, and I couldn't believe again how much he reminds me of Christopher. Chris says he hasn't been told that before. Maybe it's just me, but I'm standing firm on this one.

Well I haven't seen Chris in like 4 years accept for I think this picture that Jesse has on his site, but his eyes are rolled back in his head.
At any rate the character he plays in ladder 49 reminds me of him more than the physical features, same with his role in the village, and signs, but not gladiator.
i think you need to post pics. a side by side of them...
Michelle, i agree. It's watching Ladder 49 that made me think of it, although it was in my mind before. I think it's the hair (same hairstyle now), and the eyes, and the physical build.
I'll see if i can find a good picture of Chris to post.
Good luck. I haven't seen Ladder 49. One time a friend of mine said that I reminded her of Matt Damon in Good Will Hunting. I was flattered, because I thought she meant because she thought I was so smart. Instead she said it was because I'm so closed off and unwilling to open up and share my real self with people. So I told her she reminded me of a dead rat. That got her.
You remind me of Matt Damon in GOod Will Hunting too, but more in the sense that you're the kind of person who might send a friend to an important job interview dressed like that, if you didn't care about the job. And because you're a genius but don't necessarily apply it unless you're interested.
I think you look like Matt Damon, and the quote by Amanda Pete reminded me of you because you used to be into jousting (sp?)
I did not ever compare you to Good Will Hunting, but I think you called me a big rat once too ;)
